2. Financial Protection

For peace of mind, please remember that your money is financially protected.

Dome Tours has multiple financial protection schemes in place to ensure that your money is safe.

ATOL

ATOL (Air Travel Organiser’s Licence) is backed by the UK Government and is the UK’s financial protection scheme under the Civil Aviation Authority. It protects you when you book a holiday with a UK ATOL holder and will provide support, so you are not at a financial loss or without assistance abroad if your ATOL holder ceases trading.

ABTA

ABTA (Association of British Travel Agents) protection means that if your travel company becomes insolvent, you will be entitled to a refund, which includes your hotel costs and your transport home if you are abroad. It offers a quick, clear and simple process to follow, so you are able to continue your holiday as planned or get your money back.

3. Looking ahead to Hajj 2021

Tentative Dates

We intend to offer the same packages in 2021 that were offered in 2020. However, there may be some minor differences. Full details will be provided as soon as possible.

The tentative dates for our Hajj Packages 2021 are as follows:

17 Days package:   11-27 July 2021

14 Days package:   14-27 July 2021

10 Days package:   14-24 July 2021

Increased Demand

95% of places across all our Hajj packages sold in less than 5 weeks after launch. Following the cancellation of Hajj this year, an estimated 50,000 British Pilgrims will be seeking to travel to Hajj in 2021. By opting to defer your booking, you will guarantee your place on one of our packages for 2021, as well as having the option to receive a full refund if you change your mind.

Price Difference

A potential 10-15% difference in price owing to increases in local taxes, weak foreign exchange rate, hotel prices etc is expected. However, we will do our utmost to minimize any price increase for next year
